In the match which started in the late hours of Thursday night and ended on Friday
morning, Spain started brightly and ended the first quarter 25-11 ahead
of Nigeria, Nigeria then muscled their way through in the second
quarter and cut the deficit to just two points, 43-41.
Spain trying to avoid their third straight defeat just like Nigeria lost the third quarter 66-65 to Nigeria.
Spain then showed tactical brilliance as they took it up a notch and defeated D'Tigers 96-87 in the fourth quarter.
