Consumers Protection Council NG in conjunction with
NAFDAC, today, shut down Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Victoria Island, Lagos,
following regulatory issues with the shelf life of their raw materials.
According to the Director General of CPC, Babatunde Irukera, the move became necessary on account of serious regulatory violations with using expired doughnut mix and fillings.
