What could this mean? This was the question being asked by a South African lady who shared a picture on twitter of her self inside a bottle in her friend's closet.

She shared the pictures on twitter with the caption:

Just found this in my best friends closet. I'm the girl on the picture. Not sure what it means. Does anybody know what this is? She's in the bathroom and I'm kinda scared to confront her
